What can a company participating in the product development program gain?
The program is tailored to the company’s needs and product specifics, offering both the enhancement/improvement of an existing product and the development of a completely new product. The development process may include the following combinable activities:
- Drawing preparation
- Packaging development
- Creation of a 3D model of the product
- Product photography
- Description of production technology
- Material selection consultation
- Development of structural solutions
- Selection of fittings
- Prototype manufacturing
- Testing of the product or its components
- Conducting cost calculations
Who is the product development program intended for?
The program is aimed at companies in the wood and furniture sector that wish to develop products made entirely or partially of wood.
What is the cost of participating in the product development program?
The total cost of a project can range from 2,000 to 30,000 euros, which is considered de minimis aid (read more about VTA). The company’s own contribution is 10% – 25% of the total project cost. See the exact conditions here.
