Partners

The project brings together nine partners from seven European Union countries. The partnership includes vocational education and training institutions, higher education institutions, sectoral organisations, public authorities and European networks. In addition, ten associated partners contribute to the project.

Activities

ALL-VIEWS LEGACY aims to promote excellence in vocational education and training and strengthen cooperation between VET institutions, companies, public authorities and other sectoral organisations. The project builds on the results of the previous ALLVIEW project and extends solutions developed for the wood and furniture sector to new countries and fields of activity.

In addition to the wood and furniture sector, the project focuses on sustainable construction, ecodesign, automation, crafts, and green and digital entrepreneurship.

The main project activities are

  • establishing and developing regional cooperation groups;
  • engaging VET institutions, teachers, learners, companies and public authorities;
  • mapping regional skills needs;
  • organising international round tables and workshops;
  • updating the ALLVIEW employment and training opportunities platform;
  • improving the matching of skills, job opportunities and training;
  • further developing the online learning platform;
  • creating at least six new learning modules;
  • developing solutions related to micro-credentials;
  • organising four international thematic mobility programmes;
  • creating a toolkit for the recognition of vocational learning outcomes;
  • developing a European-level roadmap;
  • creating a practical handbook for the development of vocational education and training.

The role of  Võru County Education and Technology Centre

Võrumaa Education and Technology Centre participates in the project as the Estonian partner. TSENTER contributes its experience in business cooperation within the wood and furniture sector, applied research and development, innovation and green skills development.

The main responsibilities are

  • establishing the Estonian regional stakeholder group and coordinating its activities;
  • engaging companies, vocational teachers and other sectoral organisations;
  • organising an international round table on work-based and dual learning;
  • contributing to the development of learning and support materials;
  • developing the methodology and guidelines for thematic mobility programmes;
  • preparing and organising a five-day mobility programme in Estonia;
  • consolidating the results and lessons learned from the international mobility programmes;
  • communicating the project results and supporting their implementation in Estonia.

Võrumaa Education and Technology Centre is responsible for coordinating the project’s thematic mobility activities and compiling the consolidated mobility report. The mobility programme held in Estonia focuses on innovation in crafts and manufacturing, environmentally sustainable production and regional specialisation.

Project results

  • stronger cooperation between VET institutions, companies and public authorities;
  • a model for vocational excellence that can be adapted to different regions and fields of activity;
  • an updated digital platform connecting employment, skills and training opportunities;
  • at least six new online learning modules;
  • new solutions related to micro-credentials;
  • four international thematic mobility programmes;
  • a toolkit for the recognition and validation of learning outcomes;
  • a European-level roadmap and a practical handbook for the development of vocational education and training;
  • improved transferability of the solutions developed in the project to other sectors and regions;
  • continued use of the project results after the end of the funding period.
