Come to a unique seminar focusing on collaborative robots in the wood and furniture sector. We will present the possibilities of collaborative robots and their applications in real production. At the seminar, you will see exciting demos and visit the expo area where the latest robotics solutions will be showcased. It’s a great opportunity to network, meet experts in the field and gain practical knowledge and ideas to implement in your own company.

The seminar is FREE, but you need to REGISTER HERE by 8 September at the latest. Participating companies will be eligible forde minimis aid (de minimis aid). We are looking forward to welcoming companies from the fields of robotisation, automation, wood and furniture and all other interested parties from all over Estonia.

Optimo Robotics

OPTIMO Robotics is a full-service provider of automation and robotisation solutions for manufacturing companies. As proprietary products, they offer automatic screwdrivers and screw feeders. During the seminar, they will demonstrate the OPTIMO S1 screwdriver, which assembles a 3-piece cabinet door.

Industrial Robotics Company

Industrial Robotics Company is a company that develops innovative and advanced robotic solutions to automate processes and increase manufacturing efficiency. They have created code-free robotic solutions designed for small batch production. Their innovative technologies enable manufacturers to automate their processes without the need for complex programming. With flexible and user-friendly solutions, companies of all sizes can automate tedious manual work, maintain consistent quality and improve overall efficiency, transforming their operations in a rapidly evolving industrial environment.

Teamster Drive Systems

Teamster’s core business is the import, sale and installation of Bosch Rexroth, Emerson and Schmalz industrial automation components. Teamster is an official and certified partner of all of them in Estonia.

Teamster Drive Systems will be demonstrating the 7-axis cobot Kassow Robot KR810 from Bosch Rexroth at the seminar. Kassow Robots offer five different models, with a lifting capacity of 5-18 kg and a reach of 850-1800 mm. Angular velocity of movements is up to 225 degrees per second. They will also be demonstrating the vacuum grippers for robots offered by Schmalz. Various suction pads, vacuum trays, different vacuum generators and other accessories will be on display. You will be able to try out the different solutions for yourself. Schmalz grippers are suitable for robots from different robot manufacturers.

igus

igus® GmbH manufactures machine elements in high-performance plastics for mobile applications, characterised by long service life and low maintenance (lubrication-free). This in turn reduces costs and increases productivity. The product range includes more than 243,000 solutions available from stock, plus special products and services. In addition to machine components, igus manufactures robots with a short payback period and user-friendly design, making automation accessible to small and medium sized enterprises, for whom entering the world of automation can often be difficult and time-consuming.

At the robotics workshop, you can see the ReBeL robot, the first collaborative robot made from high-performance plastics. Weighing just 8 kg and with a price tag of €4970, it is the lightest and most affordable in its class. With a payload capacity of up to 2 kg and repeatability of ±1mm, it is suitable for applications such as service robots, simpler pick and place applications or quality control. The robot is available with six degrees of freedom and an integrated control system. The robot control software is free of charge and can be tested free of charge before purchase.
