The first lecture on the challenge of human diversity and the importance of empathy will be held by the Ambassador of EIDD – Design for All Europe – Pete Kercher. He will speak about what human diversity is and why it is important for the decision-makers in the public and private sector to be aware of the occurring demographic changes.
The practical case study will be presented by Päivi Raivio – the representative of PARKLY company from Finland, who will speak about creating welcoming public places and liveable cities.
